Here’s the list of IPOs to watch for next week

ipo

The last week of FY24 will be having just one IPO in the mainboard segment. In the first three months, a total of 23 IPOs have opened to retail bidders.

The last week of March will have 11 IPO openings, of which one in the mainboard and the remaining ten in the SME segment.

SRM Contractors

In the mainboard category, SRM Contractors is the only IPO to open its bidding for retail investors. The company wants to raise Rs 130.20 crore by offering an entirely fresh issue of 6.2 million shares. The company has kept the price band for the subscription in a range of Rs 200 to 210 per equity share. 

In the SME, the first five IPOs will be open for subscription on the first working day of the next week. While three on March 27 and the remaining two on March 28.

Trust Fintech

The company will be raising Rs 63.45 by offering 6.3 million shares in the NSE SME segment. The company will be opening the issue on March 26 and ending on March 28. Trust Fintech has kept the issue’s price band between Rs 95 to 101 per equity share.

Vruddhi Engineering Works

Established in the year 2020, Vruddhi Engineering Works wants to raise Rs 4.76 crore by offering 6.8 lakh shares of the company through an entirely fresh issue. It set the price band at Rs 66 to 70 per equity share. A retail bid needs to be of a minimum of 2000 shares valued at Rs 1,40,000.

Blue Pebble

This interior designing corporated in 2017 wants to collect Rs 18.14 crore and offers more than 1 million shares. A retail bidder needs to bid for at least 800 shares summing to Rs 1,34,400.  The company has provided its services to Infosys, HDFC Bank, American Express, Bank of America, Nestle, Moody’s, etcetera.

Aspire & Innovative

The company is offering over 4 million shares to collect net proceeds worth Rs 21.97 crore. The company has kept the IPO price band at Rs 51 to 54 per equity share. The company is expected to debut in the secondary market on April 03. According to the company, the raised proceeds will be used to establish new warehouses. 

GConnect Logitech

The company is offering 1.4 million shares to collect Rs 5.60 crore from the investors. The company is in the business of providing surface logistics services, including goods transport. GConnect Logitech has kept the issue price at Rs 40 a share.

Radiowalla

The company will be raising Rs 14.25 crore by offering 1.8 million shares. The company has kept the issue price in a range of Rs 72 to 76 per equity share. The company provides in-store radio services on a subscription basis, including exclusive radio channel for a brand. The company also caters its services to corporate clients, providing them with private radio channels for employee engagement within the organisation.  

TAC Infosec

The company is offering 2.8 million shares to net proceeds worth Rs 29.99 crore to fund the acquisition of TAC Security Inc. and make its wholly-owned subsidiary. The company will also nvest the money in human resources and product development. The company has kept the price band at Rs 100 to 106 a share. 

Yash Optics & Lens

The company wants to collect Rs 53.15 crore by offering 6.5 million shares. The company will be opening its IPO for bidding on March 27 and close on April 03. It has kept the issue price in a range of Rs 75 to 81 per equity share. 

Jay Kailash Namkeen

The company wants to raise Rs 11.93 crore. It is opening the IPO subscription for retail bidders on March 28 and ending it on April 03. It has kept the issue price of Rs 70 to 73 per equity share. The company is expected to hit the secondary markets on April 08.

Aluwind Architectural

By offering 6.6 million shares, the company will be raising Rs 29.70 crore and has kept the issue price at Rs 45 per equity share. The company will be opening its subscription on March 28, which is the last IPO of the current financial year. The issue will close for bidding on April 04. The company is expected to hit the bourses on April 09.
