Samsung is planning to launch another smartphone in India. Flipkart has posted a teaser on its website that reveals that the Samsung Galaxy F13 phone is on the way, which will likely be a budget offering from the brand. A report suggests that this will be a rebranded version of the Galaxy M13 smartphone that was launched in Europe.
The teaser published by Flipkart suggests that the Samsung Galaxy F13 will have a triple camera setup at the back and feature a waterdrop-style notched display. It could be unveiled in a blue colour variant. The rest of the details are yet to be revealed officially. The alleged device has already been spotted on Geekbench with model number SM-E135F.
The listing suggested that this one is using the company’s in-house Exynos 850 SoC and is running on Android 12 OS. It could be offered with 4GB RAM option. A previous report hints that the device will pack dual speakers and a 3.5mm headphone jack as well. If this is actually the rebranded version of the Galaxy M13, then we know the possible specifications of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy F series phone.
The Samsung Galaxy F13 could feature a 6.6-inch display that will likely have support for Full HD+ resolution. It is powered by an Exynos 850 chipset, which is backed by 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It could feature three cameras at the back that might include a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide angle camera and a 2-megapixel sensor. On the front, there is an 8megapixel sensor.
The device isn’t expected to come with fast charging support, considering the brand doesn’t really offer it with affordable phones. It is currently unknown whether the company will ship a charger or not in the retail box. Samsung has stopped bundling a charger in the retail box with a lot of phones. The official launch date of the Samsung Galaxy F13 is still under wraps, but the company is expected to reveal it soon.
