The launch date for the Realme 14 Pro series has not been revealed yet. However, just days later, Realme announced the launch date for the new Realme 14x, which will be held on December 18. There is no clarity if both of these launches will take place at the same time or on different dates.

Realme 14x: Confirmed specifications
Ahead of the launch, Realme has also confirmed a bunch of details about the Realme 14x. The company claims that it will be the first smartphone under Rs 15,000 in India to come with an IP69 certification rating. For the uninitiated, an IP69 rating suggests that a device has a very high level of protection against dust and water.
Realme has also revealed that the smartphone will be sold via Flipkart. The launch event will take place at 12 pm.
Additionally, Realme’s teasers for the new Realme 14x on X also confirm that the phone will be available in three colour options: Jewel Red, Golden Glow, and Crystal Black.

Realme 14x: Price in India
As for the pricing of the Realme 14x, the company has yet to give out any official details, but the company has already indicated that the smartphone will be priced under Rs 15,000.
For further perspective, the Realme 12x, which was launched earlier this year, was priced starting Rs 11,999 in India, and its highest variant was priced at Rs 14,999. We can expect the Realme 14x to be priced similarly.

Realme 14x: Expected specifications
While other Realme 14x specifications are still not official, leaks have dropped a bunch of hints about the phone’s possible display, battery, and RAM and storage specifications. As per leaks, the Realme 14x will sport a 6.67-inch HD+ LCD display, and a 6,000 mAh battery. That’s the same battery size as the new iQOO 13 sports, which by the way, is priced starting at Rs 54,999 in India. Big batteries ââ around 6,000 mAh, or more (see Redmi Note 14 Pro+) ââ seems to be the smartphone trend for 2025.
Additionally, leaks also suggest that the Realme 14X will come in three memory configurations: the lowest variant will offer 6GB RAM and 128GB storage, then there will be one with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, and the highest variant will come with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.
