Even 10 days after the Maharashtra election results were declared, the formation of the new government remains in limbo, with Mahayuti leaders yet to decide on the new Chief Minister.
All eyes were on Shinde, who returned to Mumbai early Monday morning after recovering from a high fever in his hometown Satara. The discussions on power-sharing hit a pause in the absence of Shinde.
