Why did Gahlot leave AAP?
On his decision to leave AAP, Gahlot stated that there was a gradual erosion of values and principles in the party and this reason made him leave the party. Ghalot explained while talking to ANI, ”It doesn’t happen overnight. It takes time to understand certain things. Over a long period, I notice a dilution of values and principles and I gather the courage to resign.”

APP first list of candidates declared
Meanwhile, the Aam Aadmi Party has announced its first list of 11 candidates for the upcoming Delhi elections. The list incorporates nominees for important constituencies like Laxmi Nagar, Chhatarpur, and Vishwas Nagar. In the 2020 Assembly polls, AAP had managed to win 62 seats out of 70 seats. The party’s goal is to retain its dominance despite BJP’s efforts to challenge its status. On the other hand, the BJP has secured just eight seats in the last election but views Gahlot’s inclusion as a major boost to its poll campaign set next for year.
