Mastercard is rolling out Biz360 initially through a collaboration with Hello Alice, a fintech platform for small businesses in the U.S., with plans for a wider global expansion in 2025.
Payments technology company Mastercard has announced the launch of Biz360, a digital solution to streamline the essential operations of small businesses. The new solution allows small business owners to save time and money by consolidating their daily tools, tasks, and digital engagements into one platform.
The need for digitization among small businesses is more critical than ever, with a recent Mastercard study revealing that 75 per cent of small businesses use digital tools in their daily operations while two-thirds consider a seamless experience essential.
Despite this, many entrepreneurs struggle with using multiple platforms, which can be costly and time-consuming.
“Mastercard believes that the stronger the small business, the stronger the community,” said Jane Prokop, Mastercard’s Executive Vice President and Global Head of Small and Medium Enterprises in a statement announcing the launch of Biz360 on November 12.
