The Jeevan Pramaan Patra, also known as the Digital Life Certificate, is a crucial document for pensioners, ensuring the continued and uninterrupted disbursement of their pensions. The government has now introduced a digital platform, allowing pensioners to submit their life certificates online, to reduce physical paperwork.

As of November 1, 2024, the submission window for life certificates opened for pensioners under the age of 80, while those aged 80 and above were given an early start on October 1.
The Digital Life Certificate intends to shorten the process of obtaining a life certificate, making it less stressful and more convenient for seniors. The deadline to submit a life certificate is November 30 and it will be valid till November 30 of next year.

How to Download Jeevan Pramaan Life Certificate Online
- Visit the website https://jeevanpramaan.gov.in and click on the ‘Download’ tab.
- Enter your email address, complete the captcha, and click on ‘I agree to Download’.
- You will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your email. Enter the OTP in the provided field.
- After entering the correct OTP, the download page will appear. Click on the ‘Mobile App Download’ button.
- You will receive a download link on your email. Note that the link can only be used once before it expires. Click on the link to start the download of the APK file.
