Real estate developer Signature Global has entrusted a Rs 1,203 crore construction contract to Capacit’e Infraprojects Ltd to develop its premium residential project, Titanium SPR, located in Sector 71, Gurugram, according to a statement released on Sunday.

The project, which spans 14.382 acres, features 608 luxury units and is being developed in two phases. The first phase, launched in June 2024, covers 2.1 million square feet, with the overall project offering a sales potential of 3.7 million square feet, Signature Global said in the statement.
Pradeep Aggarwal, chairman and whole-time director of Signature Global, said, “With Capacit’e Infraprojects, we are confident that Titanium SPR will emerge as a landmark in the Delhi NCR region.” He emphasised the project’s commitment to delivering premium living experiences and setting new standards for quality and luxury.

The announcement comes as Signature Global experiences significant growth in sales bookings. The company reported a nearly threefold increase in sales bookings for the second quarter of the current fiscal year, reaching Rs 2,780 crore compared to Rs 980 crore in the same period last year. In the April-September period of 2024-25, sales bookings surged to Rs 5,900 crore, a substantial increase from Rs 1,860 crore in the previous year’s corresponding period.
With a robust presence in the Gurugram market, Signature Global achieved Rs 7,270 crore in sales bookings during the 2023-24 fiscal year and has set an ambitious target of Rs 10,000 crore for the current fiscal year. The company has delivered 11 million square feet of housing area to date and has 32.2 million square feet of saleable area in its project pipeline, along with 16.4 million square feet of ongoing developments.

Strategically located along the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), Titanium SPR aims to redefine luxury living in the National Capital Region.
