Bengaluru: The Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (BESCOM) has announced a seven hour long scheduled power outage in Bengaluru on Sunday, October 27, to conduct essential maintenance work.

BESCOM has stated that a seven-hour power interruption will occur to facilitate the required maintenance, with electricity expected to be restored promptly upon completion.
Timings of Power Outage in Bengaluru
The planned outage will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, affecting the KPTCL 66/11 KV ‘C’ Station and Victoria Station areas.

The areas impacted by the outage include Broad Way Road, Station Road, Queens Road, Timmayya Road, Millers Road, Cunningham Road, Ali Asker Road, Chikka Bazaar Road, Venkappa Road, Payappa Garden, Cemetery Road, Park Road, Nala Road, Noha Street, Chandni Chowk, Miller Tank Bund Road, Sultan Jigunt Road, Haines Road, and Bamboobazar.
Other affected areas include Dhanakoti Lane, Nehru Puram, Muthyalamma Koyil Street, Makan Compound Road, Seppings Road, Palace Talkies, Evening Bazaar, New Market Road, O.P.H. Road, Jain Temple Road, Millenia, Bowering Hospital, Connaught Road, Edward Road, Infantry Road, Indian Express, Vishwaeshwaraiah Tower, Police Commissioner’s Office, K.S.F.C. Building, Millers Tank Road, Williams Town, and Old Bangalore Layout.
