Owing to the poor response, the officials are likely to discontinue the operation of the Secunderabad-Nagpur Vande Bharat Express. The Vande Bharat train on this route was started on 16th September. However, railway officials have stated that if the passenger count remains low, the number of coaches will be reduced. At present, the train runs with 20 coaches, but this could be reduced to 8 coaches. In such a case, the number of seats would decrease by more than 500.
