With the September quarter drawing to a close, the number of record dates for companies announcing corporate actions have also reduced but the list is still a significant ones.

Bajaj Holdings and Investments, the Bajaj Group company had announced an interim dividend of ₹65 per share, earlier this month and the record date for that has been fixed as September 25, 2024.
Another Bajaj group company, Maharashtra Scooters, also announced a dividend of ₹110 on the same day Bajaj Holdings announced its own dividend and the record date for Maharashtra Scooters has also been fixed as September 25, 2024.
NDR Auto Components had declared a bonus issue of one free share for every one share held as on the record date by shareholders. This is the second instance of the company issuing bonus shares after the 1:1 issue announced last year. Record date for the same has also been fixed as September 25, 2024.

Sanghvi Movers had also announced a split of its equity shares earlier. The company intends to split one equity share having a face value of ₹2 into two shares having a face value of ₹1. Record date for this stock split has been fixed as September 27, 2024.
