The Board of Directors declared an interim dividend of Rs 65 (650 per cent) per equity share with a face value of Rs 10 for the financial year ending March 31, 2025, On September 12, 2024. This year’s interim dividend is lower than the Rs 110 given in the past two years.
“An Interim Dividend of Rs. 65 (650%) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10, for the financial year ending 31 March 2025 has been declared by the Board at its meeting held today, i.e. 12 September 2024”, company said in exchange filings.
