BOBCARD LIMITED has launched a new EMI service for UPI payments in partnership with RuPay, making it easier for customers to manage their purchases. This service allows RuPay BOBCARD holders to convert their transactions into EMIs by simply scanning a QR code through any UPI app, offering a more convenient payment experience.

How the EMI Facility Works
With this new feature, RuPay BOBCARD holders can make payments at any UPI-accepting merchant, both online and offline, and convert their purchases into EMIs at the point of sale. To use this option, customers need to apply for the EMI facility on their linked RuPay credit card through any UPI app. The UPI PIN will act as consent to the terms and conditions.

Easy EMI Selection at Checkout
When making a purchase, users can select the EMI option during checkout. They can then choose their preferred EMI duration, allowing high-value purchases—especially during the festive season—to be spread over easy-to-manage instalments. The entire process is digital, requiring no paperwork, making it seamless and user-friendly.

Track and Manage EMIs with UPI App
The UPI app also enables users to track their ongoing EMIs, ensuring timely payments and full visibility, which is especially helpful during months of high spending. Customers can also convert past purchases made with their RuPay credit card into EMIs by accessing their transaction history on the UPI app.
This new service provides a flexible way for RuPay BOBCARD holders to manage their finances, offering more control over spending and repayment options.
