WhatsApp spam messages are an issue and everyone is looking for ways to block them from brands. But the messaging app wants to fix these issues for us.
If you use WhatsApp, as many billions do, you must be tired of all the promotional messages and delivery updates on the messaging app. People say they never gave consent to get these messages on WhatsApp but it still happens. DON’T SEND WITHOUT PERMISSION
WhatsApp wants businesses to send messages only after they seek consent from the customer. BE CLEAR WITH YOUR MESSAGES
The other major change that WhatsApp is seeking is that businesses need to be clear about the message and at what time they send it. BETTER FEEDBACK FROM USERS
