Amitabh Bachchan has been basking under the success of his recently released film Kalki 2898 AD.
Amitabh Bachchan recently took to his Instagram handle to share a video thinking it was from his 1991 movie Agneepath. The veteran actor juxtaposed it with a recent video of himself running away from the camera. Big B talked about the hustle he faces even at the age of 81.
However, soon after the video was shared, netizens pointed out that the clip wasn’t from Amitabh’s Agneepath but from his another movie, Akayla. Considering the same, Bachchan also issued an apology on his Instagram stories and wrote, “Apologies … that picture I posted of running saying from Agneepath .. wrong! It’s from AKAYLA. thank you well-wishers”.

Meanwhile, Amitabh Bachchan has been basking under the success of his recently released film Kalki 2898 AD. There were many lights also hanging. “Errr … KALKI at work !! Umm .. just hanging around,” read his caption.
On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan has started shooting for the upcoming season of Kaun Banega Crorepati. Last week, the Bollywood superstar took to his X (formerly known as Twitter) handle and shared the first photo from the sets of the quiz show. In the black and white picture, Big B was seen spreading his arms as he seemingly welcomed the audience to the show’s new season. “T 5082 – BACK to KBC 16th season,” he wrote.

Amitabh Bachchan has been the host of KBC since its inception in 2000, except for the third season, which was hosted by superstar Shah Rukh Khan. During the last episode of KBC 15, Big B got emotional when he said, “Devi aur Sajjano, ab hum jaa rahe aur kal se yeh manch ab nahi sajega. Apno se yeh keh pana ki kal se hum yahan nahi aa payenge, na kehne ki himmat hoti aur na kehne ka mann hota hai. Main Amitabh Bachchan iss daur ke liye, iss manch se akhri baar kehne jaa raha hu, Shubraatri.”
KBC 16 was announced in April this year when the show’s makers unveiled a promo and announced that the registrations were open. However, the official premiere date of KBC 16 is not known as of now.
