Bansal Wire IPO allotment status: The subscription period for Bansal Wire Industries Limited’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) ended on July 5. The three-day subscription began on July 3. According to BSE statistics, the IPO received more than 59.57 subscriptions on last day.

The NII quota attracted 51.46 times as many subscriptions as the retail component. The category for QIBs was booked 146.05 times. According to BSE statistics, the Bansal Wire IPO reserved not more than 50% of the public issue’s shares for QIB, not less than 15% for NII, and not less than 35% for retail investors.

The allotment of Bansal Industries IPO is expected to be finalised on July 8 (Monday). Investors are keenly awaiting the day to check whether they get the IPO or not.

The allocation status will be made available online on the registrar’s official website, KFin Technologies Limited. In addition, the allotment status will be made public on the official websites of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

  2. Select ‘Equity’ in the Issue Type dropdown menu.

  4. Enter your Application Number or PAN.
  5. Click on Submit.
  6. Your allotment status will appear on the screen.

  1. Go to the KFin Technologies Website: https://rti.kfintech.com/ipostatus/

  4. Enter Captcha and Click on Submit.
  5. Your allotment status will appear on the screen.
