The entire pannel of 2016 SSC recruitment has been declared null nad void by the Cal HC today. All appointments from 9th to 12th and group C and D where irregularities were found has also been declared null nad void.
The court has instructed administration to take action on fresh appointments in the next 15 days.
One exception in the matter has been mentioned by the court in case of Soma Das who is a victim of cancer her job will remain safe.
