JLR India’s annual holiday service camp offers customers comprehensive vehicle checks, exclusive deals on accessories, and chauffeur training programs.
Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) India has unveiled its annual holiday service camp, set to take place at all authorised retailers across the country from December 4 to 9, 2023.
This initiative aims to provide JLR customers with a seamless experience, offering a comprehensive vehicle check and exclusive deals on branded goods, accessories and value-added services.

During the service camp, clients will have the opportunity to schedule appointments for a thorough examination of their vehicles conducted by trained technicians. Operating between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM, the camp promises a 32-point electronic health test, evaluating critical components such as batteries, wipers, brakes, tires, and fluid levels. The assurance of JLR Genuine Parts will be provided wherever necessary, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
In addition to the vehicle check, customers can take advantage of exclusive offers on JLR accessories, branded goods and various value-added services. Select retailers will also host specialized chauffeur training programs, focusing on driving, maintenance and servicing aspects, catering to customers employing drivers for their Land Rover and Jaguar vehicles, according to Hindustan Times.
Mr Rajan Amba, Managing Director, JLR India, emphasised the importance of vehicle maintenance during the holiday season, stating, “Our holiday service camps offer more than just convenience; they’re a lifeline for a smooth and worry-free journey. From ensuring safety on winter roads to maintaining peak performance for those memorable road trips, investing in our tailored services guarantees complete peace of mind,” as per the portal.
JLR India has been celebrating a remarkable fiscal performance, reporting its best-ever H1 results this October. From April to September 2023, the company achieved record-breaking sales of 2,356 units, marking an impressive year-on-year growth of 105 percent, according to the report by Autocar Pro. The Defender emerged as the top-selling model, with 1,000 units sold during this period. Furthermore, the JLR-certified pre-owned business experienced an 83 percent growth in H1 FY24, which reflects the brand’s increasing quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

At present, JLR operates in 25 locations, spanning 21 major cities in India through its ever-growing authorized national retail network. The ongoing holiday service camp urges patrons to schedule vehicle check-ups ahead of the anticipated peak holiday usage.
