Under the DDA housing scheme: The prices of the flats will range from Rs 11 lakh to Rs 3 crore, depending upon the area and the category of the apartment
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is likely to announce a housing scheme soon around Diwali, under which over 32,000 apartments across categories, from penthouses to affordable options, will be put up for sale in areas like Dwarka, Narela and Vasant Kunj, among others, according to a Moneycontrol report citing sources privy to the development. It will be a ‘first come, first served’ scheme.

The housing scheme will include flats for the SHIG, HIG (high-income group), MIG (middle-income group), LIG (low-income group), and EWS.
Under the scheme, around 14 luxury penthouses are also likely to be offered in Dwarka (sector 19B), along with around 170 luxury apartments in the SHIG category.
Area-wise, in Narela, over 5,000 EWS apartments might be available, apart from around 2,000 MIG flats and 1,600 HIG apartments. In Lok Nayak Puram, about 600 MIG flats and 200 EWS flats will be available, according to the Moneycontrol report.

In Dwarka Sector 19B, over 700 EWS flats and 900 MIG flats are likely to be available. More flats are being readied, which are likely to be offered in the Narela and Rohini areas.
Prices
The prices of the flats will range from Rs 11 lakh to Rs 3 crore, depending upon the area and the category of the apartment.
Under SHIG, apartment rates will be around Rs 3 crore, while HIG flats are likely to be priced at Rs 2.5 crore. Under the MIG category, the flats will be in the range of Rs 1-1.3 crore. Under the affordable or EWS category, the flats might be available at Rs 11-14 lakh, according to the report.
LIG flats may be priced between Rs 15 and 30 lakh.

Once the scheme is launched, those interested to buy can apply online. Buyers need to visit the official DDA website, dda.gov.in/eservices.dda.org.in, and login using their PAN and other details.
They can also dial the DDA call centre number, 1800-110-332, and check the website once the scheme is launched for more details.
