DDA has announced the biggest housing scheme this festive season.
If you have been in search of buying a flat in Ghaziabad, Noida and Greater Noida, then watch out for Delhi Development Authority’s (DDA) upcoming Diwali scheme. You may be able to buy a flat in Delhi soon. With Diwali just around the corner, the DDA has announced the biggest housing scheme — DDA Housing Scheme 2023. The scheme is all set to launch in the first week of November. Applications for around 32,000 flats before Diwali are going to start. This includes Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), Low Income Group (LIG), Middle-Income Group (MIG), High-Income Group (HIG) and Super High-Income Group (SHIG) flats and penthouse also. The scheme is based on a First Come First Serve. Luxury flats too will be a part of this scheme. This scheme is available in Narela, Dwarka, Sector 19B, Dwarka Sector-14 and Loknayak Puram.

As of now, 24,000 flats are ready, while the construction work of 8,500 is going on. As per reports, the flats will be completed within six months. EWS flats may be sold at Rs 11 to 14 lakh. The rates of LIG flats may start from Rs 14 to Rs 30 lakh. On the other hand, MIG flats may begin from Rs 1 crore, while HIG may be priced at Rs 2.50 crore and Super HIG flats’ rate will begin from Rs 3 crore.

DDA has released the number and rates of the apartments. In Dwarka Sector 19B, more than 700 flats are in the EWS category and 900 in the MIG category. In the SHIG category, it has 170 flats available and 14 penthouses. Meanwhile, Narela has more than 5,000 flats in the EWS category. In the MIG category, it has 1,900 flats and 1,600 in HIG. In Loknayak Puram, 200 flats are available in the EWS category and around 600 flats in the MIG category.
