The prices of tomatoes on the open market have been experiencing fluctuations. In order to address the issue of rising prices, the government is procuring tomatoes based on requests made by Rythu Bazaars, without placing any restrictions on the quantity of tomatoes that can be sold to consumers at a subsidised rate.
To alleviate concerns, Nanda Kishore, the CEO of Rythu Bazaars, has assured the public that information about the availability of subsidised tomatoes at Rythu Bazaars will be provided one day in advance. This measure is intended to ensure transparency and equal access to subsidized produce.
