SBI users who have not yet filed their ITR can choose this option. Through its YONO app, the State Bank of India (SBI) is offering its customers an easy way to file their income tax returns (ITRs) for free. In addition, CA services are available as well. The CA-assisted service, however, will cost you a minimum of Rs 199.
After filling out the ITR form, you need to verify it either electronically or by sending a signed physical copy to the income tax department. Once the ITR is successfully verified, the income tax department will process it and send an intimation about the status of your return.
