Similarly, the impact of the US biggest fall since June 2020 was also visible in the Asian markets on Wednesday. Japanese Nikkei 225 tanked 2.1%, Hang Seng Index at the Hong Kong exchange plunged 2.2% and Chinese Shanghai Composite dropped 0.7% in early trade on Wednesday.
