Lenskart IPO News, Valuation: Lenskart, an eyewear retailer, could soon hit the Dalal Street. As per sources, Lenskart is planning to go to public by launching its IPO. Sources said that Lenskart has appointed five banks for a proposed initial public offering.

The banks that have been appointed as the book running lead managers are Avendus Capital Pvt Ltd, Access Capital Partners, Citi, Kotak and Morgan Stanley, sources told ET NOW.

Sources said that Lenskart is planning to file preliminary papers with market regulator SEBI for an initial public offering of shares before end of the next quarter. Lenskart IPO size has been pegged at around $1 billion.
