Dividend of Rs 5 per share by multibagger stock – Check company’s name, record date

A multibagger stock has announced 50 per cent interim dividend for its shareholders. The company informed this through an exchange filling today, March 15. A dividend is a reward that a company pays to its investors for their investment in the business. It is paid in cash from earnings.

The stock under discussion is Axtel Industries Ltd. Incorporated in the year 1991, Axtel Industries is a Small Cap company engaged in manufacturing industrial products. It commands a market capitalisation of Rs 746.03 crore.

Axtel Industries Dividend 2025

A dividend is always calculated and paid on the face value of each stock. The current face value of Axtel Industries shares is Rs 10. Accordingly, the 50 per cent dividend translates into Rs 5 per share.

The board of directors of Axtel Industries today, in its meeting, approved an interim dividend of Rs 5.

“…we hereby would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of our Company has declared interim dividend @ Rs. 5.00 (Rupees Five only) i.e., 50% per equity share of Rs. 10 for the financial year 2024-25, at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 15th March, 2025,” Axtel Industries said in the exchange filing.

Axtel Industries Dividend 2025 Record Date

Axtel Industries has also set the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders participation in the next dividend or upcoming corporate action. Axtel Industries dividend record date is Thursday, March 20.

“Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, 20th March, 2025 has been fixed as the record date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the shareholders for the interim dividend,” the exchange filing read.

Axtel Industries Dividend History

The company has consistently paid dividend to its shareholders. In the year 2024, the company paid a dividend of Rs 6 in March while in 2025, it gave a dividend of Rs 3 per share in the month of July.

In the year 2022, the company paid a dividend of Rs 2 per share in the month of September. In the year 2021, the company paid a dividend of Rs 3 per share in the month of September. The company paid a dividend on two occasions in 2020, once of Rs 3 per share in November and once of Rs 2.5 in the month of March. In the year 2019, the company paid a dividend of Rs 1.5 per share in the month of September.

Axtel Industries Share Price

Shares of Axtel Industries on the last trading session on Thursday ended at Rs 461.80, 2.48 per cent lower from the previous close of Rs 473.55, on the BSE.

According to BSE analytics, as on March 13, Axtel Industries shares have declined 3.69 per cent on YTD basis and 7.61 per cent in three months. The stock fell 9.11 per cent over six months and 13.27 per cent over the last one year.

However, the stock has delivered solid returns of 93.51 per cent in two years. Axtel Industries shares have given multibagger returns of 359.96 per cent in five years.
