Full List of Delhi Cabinet Ministers: Six ministers to be sworn-in along side Delhi CM Rekha Gupta today

The oath ceremony will begin take place 12:15 am on Thursday at Delhi’s Ramlila Maidan.

Now that Delhi has got its new Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, the suspense around who is going to be a part of the Cabinet, has also ended. The full list of Delhi Cabinet ministers include Parvesh Verma, Manjinder Singh Sirsa, Ravindra Kumar Indraj, Kapil Mishra, Ashish Sood and Pankaj Kumar Singh.

The Cabinet Ministers will also be taking oath along with Delhi CM Rekha Gupta on Thursday. The authorities have set up strong security measures for the Delhi CM’s oath taking ceremony. More than 25,000 security officers, along with 15 paramilitary units, have been spread across key areas in Central, North, and New Delhi to make sure the event goes smoothly. An official told PTI that around 5,000 police and paramilitary forces have been stationed around Ramlila Maidan where the ceremony will be held.

Delhi CM Oath Taking Ceremony: Time and Venue

The oath ceremony will begin take place 12:15 am on Thursday at Delhi’s Ramlila Maidan. Rekha Gupta will be the fourth woman Chief Minister of Delhi, following Atishi from the Aam Aadmi Party. BJP’s Sushma Swaraj and Congress’ Sheila Dixit had also held the key post in the past.

Gupta has worked as the general secretary of the BJP Mahila Morcha in Delhi and was also a member of its national executive committee. In these roles, she led many campaigns to support marginalized communities and women. She has also been a former DUSU president.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, and other Union Ministers and NDA Chief Ministers will be present at the swearing-in ceremony.
