The upcoming week, from January 12 – 18, is set to be another busy week on the IPO calendar. With new IPO openings to companies continuing their bidding timelines from the previous week, investors are set to be engaged with multiple bidding processes.

Furthermore, the market will also see companies listing on the stock exchanges as well as firms focusing on the allotment of shares after the completion of their subscription process, keeping the momentum alive in the market.

In addition to IPOs, the market will remain busy with companies releasing their quarterly earnings which may influence trends and investor sentiment significantly.

Let’s take a look at the IPOs scheduled between January 12 and 18, ongoing bids, key listings, allotments, and what the GMP indicates for these issues.

Upcoming IPO

As of now, five IPOs are set to open next week, one from the mainboard segment and the other from the SME segment.

Laxmi Dental IPO

A mainboard issue, Laxmi Dental IPO will open for subscription from January 13 and will close its bidding window on January 15, with a price band set between the range of Rs 407 to Rs 428 per share.

Laxmi Dental’s Rs 698.06 crore IPO includes a fresh issue of Rs 138 crore (0.32 crore shares) and an offer for sale worth Rs 560.06 crore (1.31 crore shares). The IPO is managed by Nuvama Wealth, Motilal Oswal, and SBI Capital, with Link Intime as the registrar. The allotment is likely on January 16, and the shares are set to list on BSE and NSE on January 20.

GMP: Ahead of the opening of the issue, in the grey market, the shares of the company are commanding at a premium of Rs 160, indicating a potential listing price of Rs 591 per share, a 37.38% surge over the IPO’s upper price band of Rs 588 per share. However, it is to note that GMP is not the actual listing price and may fluctuate depending on the market sentiment.

Kabra Jewels IPO

A SME issue, Kabra Jewels will run its IPO from January 15 to January 17. The price band of the issue is between Rs 121 to Rs 128 per share. It is a book-built issue worth Rs 40 crore, consisting of a fresh issue of 31.25 lakh shares. Marwadi Chandarana Intermediaries Brokers is the lead manager, with Cameo Corporate Services as the registrar, and Giriraj Stock Broking Private serving as the market maker. This issue is likely to be listed on the NSE SME platform on January 22, with allotment of shares scheduled on January 20.

GMP: As of now, the GMP for this issue is nil, with the listing expected at the upper price band of Rs 128 per share.

Rikhav Securities IPO

Rikhav Securities IPO, with a size of Rs 88.82 crore, will open from January 15 to 17. This SME issue includes a fresh offering of 83.28 lakh shares worth Rs 71.62 crore and an offer for sale of 20 lakh shares worth Rs 17.20 crore. Smart Horizon Capital Advisors is the lead manager, with Link Intime as the registrar and Shreni Shares as the market maker.

GMP: Currently, there is no GMP for this issue, and the listing is expected at the upper price band of Rs 86 per share.

Land Immigration IPO

Landmark Immigration IPO will be open from January 16 to 20, with a price band of Rs 70 to 72 per share. The Rs 40.32 crore issue comprises a fresh issue of 56 lakh shares. Allotment for this IPO is expected on January 21.

GMP: The issue has no GMP at the moment, and it is expected to list at Rs 72 per share, the upper price band.

EMA Partners IPO

EMA Partners IPO is scheduled from January 17 to 21, with a price band of Rs 117 to 124 per share. The Rs 76.01 crore issue includes a fresh issue of 53.34 lakh shares worth Rs 66.14 crore and an offer for sale of 7.96 lakh shares worth Rs 9.87 crore. Indorient Financial Services is the lead manager, Bigshare Services is the registrar, and Alacrity Securities is the market maker for this IPO.

GMP: As of now, there is no grey market premium for this issue, and the listing is likely to happen at the top price band of Rs 124 per share.

Ongoing IPOs

Two SME IPOs will continue their bidding process next week as the weekend comes in between, temporarily pausing the subscription period.

Sat Kartar Shopping IPO

Sat Kartar Shopping IPO opened for subscription on January 10, and will close on January 14. On Day 1 (January 10), the issue was subscribed 5.02 times overall, with 8.83 times in the retail category, 0.02 times in QIB, and 2.96 times in NII. The allotment is expected to be finalised on January 15, with a tentative listing on the NSE SME scheduled for January 17.

GMP: In the latest update, the GMP of the issue stands at a premium of Rs 33, indicating a projected listing price of Rs 114 per share, which is 40.74% higher than the upper price band

Barflex Polyfilms IPO

The Barflex Polyfilms IPO, a book-built issue worth Rs 39.42 crore, opened for subscription on January 10, and will close on January 15. The price band is set at Rs 57 to Rs 60 per share. The allotment is expected on January 16, with a tentative listing on the NSE SME scheduled for January 20.

GMP: Currently, the GMP for this issue is nil, and the listing is expected at the upper price band of Rs 60 per share.

Allotments

The allotment of shares for the upcoming IPOs is as follows – Sat Kartar Shopping IPO on January 15, Barflex Polyfilms IPO on January 16, and Laxmi Dental IPO on January 16.

Mega listing week

Several public offerings, from mainboard to SMEs, are set to be listed on the stock exchange this week. Here are the key dates to remember.

On January 13, Indobell Insulation will list on the BSE SME platform, while Standard Glass Lining will debut on both BSE and NSE.

January 14 will see five IPOs being listed: B.R. Goyal on the BSE SME platform, Capital Infra Trust InvIT on both NSE and BSE, Avax Apparels and Ornaments on BSE SME, Delta Autocorp on NSE SME, and Quadrant Future Tek, a mainboard IPO, on both NSE and BSE.

Finally, on January 17, Sat Kartar Shopping IPO will be listed on the NSE SME platform.
