BHEL Q2 results FY2024-25 date and time: Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has announced the date and time of its earnings release for the quarter/nine months ended December 31st, 2024. The Maharatna PSU disclosed this in an exchange report on January 10, 2025.

BHEL is India’s largest engineering and manufacturing enterprise, operating in the energy, industry and infrastructure sector. It is owned by the Government of India, with administrative control by the Ministry of Heavy Industries.

BHEL Q2 results FY2024-25 date and time

In the exchange filing, BHEL told the bourses that the company’s Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, 28th January, 2025, to evaluate and approve unaudited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the quarter/nine months ended December 31st, 2024.

BHEL announced its Q2 results at around 2:30 PM on October 28. Therefore, it is expected that the company will declare its Q3 FY25 results at around the same time on Monday, January 28.

“…notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 28th January, 2025, interalia, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of BHEL for & upto the quarter ended 31st December, 2024”, company said in exchange filings.

“Accordingly, Trading Window for Designated Persons shall remain closed upto 30th January, 2025”, company said.

In the last 1 month and 3 months, shares of the state-run company fell 17.65 per cent and 24.55 per cent, respectively. In the past 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 5 years, and 10 years, shares of the PSU company climbed 2.53 per cent, 156.29 per cent, 226.92 per cent, 357.32 per cent, and 20.51 per cent, respectively.

BHEL Q2 FY25 Results

Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 106.15 crore in September quarter mainly on the back of higher revenues.

The company had reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 63.01 crore in the quarter ended on September 30, 2023, a BSE filing showed. According to the filing, BHEL had reported a loss of Rs 211.40 crore in the quarter ended June 30, 2024.

Total income in the second quarter rose to Rs 6,695.37 crore in the period under review, from Rs 5,305.38 crore in the same period a year ago.
