TCS Dividend Announcement In Q3 Results: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India’s largest IT services company, is all set to announce dividend for its shareholders. TCS has informed that the dividend amount will be announced in the Q3 results FY2025. TCS has already fixed the record date for dividend payment.
If dividend is announced by TCS, then this would be third (3rd) interim dividend by the Tata Group company in the current financial year (FY2024-25).

TCS Q3 Results 2025 Date
According to an exchange filing by TCS, its board will meet on January 9 (Thursday) to approve the financial statement for the three-month period ended on December 31, 2024 (third quarter or Q3 FY2025). The bord will also take up a proposal to declaring an interim dividend for shareholders.
TCS Dividend Record Date
TCS has fixed the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders participation in the corporate action. TCS has said that January 17 will be considered as the record date for dividend payment.
“The third interim dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Friday, January 17, 2025 which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose,” TCS said in an exchange filing.

TCS Dividend History
TCS is among high dividend paying stocks. TCS dividend yield is 1.41 per cent at current market price of Rs 4,028 (as on January 7). According to BSE website, TCS in 2024 paid dividend on 5 occasions, aggregating to Rs 75. Back in 2023 and 2022, TCS had rewarded its investors by paying dividend of Rs 117 and Rs 45, respectively.
TCS is India’s second largest company in terms of market capitalisation. TCS has a valuation of Rs 14.5 lakh crore.
