DDA Housing Scheme 2025: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced a special discount on DDA flats for 2025. A special housing scheme has been announced for 110 flats in Vasant Kunj, Dwarka, Rohini, Ashoka Pahadi, and Jahangirpuri. People buying flats in several areas including in Narela, Loknayakpuram, and Siraspur will also get 25 per cent discount. However, it must be noted that not everyone will be eligible for the discounts and offers. The decision to give benefits to a special section of buyers was taken during DDA’s monthly meeting chaired by Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena.
DDA Housing Scheme 2025: Who Will Get 25% Discount?
A 25% discount will be provided to various groups, including building and construction workers, beneficiaries of the PM-Vishwakarma scheme, auto-rickshaw drivers with permits, cab drivers, women, individuals from SC/ST communities, war widows, persons with disabilities, ex-servicemen, and recipients of gallantry awards. This special offer will remain in effect until March 31, 2025.

DDA Housing Scheme 2025: 25% Discount Will Also Be Given ON First Come First Serve Basis
The 25% discount will extend to certain flats within the DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024 and DDA Madhyam Vargiya Housing Scheme 2024. Eligible applicants will have access to 25% of flats in Narela, Siraspur (LIG), and Loknayakpuram (LIG) on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition, 10% of flats in Loknayakpuram (MIG) will be discounted as well.

DDA Housing Scheme 2025: Offer For EWS Flats In Narela
Nearly 700 economically weaker section (EWS) flats in Narela (Sector G2) will be available with a 25% discount. The DDA is working with financial institutions to offer immediate financing options for buyers. This initiative is aimed at workers in industrial areas such as Narela, Bawana, and Bhorgarh, as well as in the neighboring regions of the National Capital Region (NCR).
