Wipro Q3 results FY 2025 date: Bengaluru-based IT major Wipro has announced its October-December 2024 quarterly results schedule. Additionally, the information technology company could also declare a dividend reward for its shareholders along with the Q3 financial results.

If declared, the upcoming dividend will be Wipro’s first-ever corporate action after the 1:1 bonus issue announced earlier. Shares of the IT company had traded ex-date for the bonus share issuance on December 3, 2024.

Wipro Q3 Results FY 2025 Date

In an exchange filing on Monday, BSE 100-listed Wipro said the next meeting of its Board of Directors will be held over January 16-17, 2025 to consider and approve, the condensed audited consolidated financial results of the company for the quarter ending December 31, 2024.

The financial results will be approved by the Board of Directors on the evening of January 17, 2025, Wipro said.

Wipro Dividend 2025

Along with its Q3 financial results, the IT major will also consider and approve an interim dividend for the financial year 2025. “It is further informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from December 25, 2024, to January 19, 2025 (both days inclusive),” Wipro informed.

Wipro Bonus Shares

The latest 1:1 bonus share issue by Wipro was its first such corporate action in the 24 years. The company had announced the bonus share while declaring its July-September 2024 quarterly earnings. Notably, this was Wipro’s first such corporate action in the last 5 years.

In the last 24 years i.e. from 2000 to 2024, Wipro has rewarded shareholders with 3 bonus issues. The company’s most recent bonus issue was in 2019, wherein shareholders were given free shares in the ratio of 1:3, meaning one bonus share for every three shares held. Before that, a bonus issue was announced in 2017.

Meanwhile, shares of the IT firm ended in the red at Rs 294.20 apiece on BSE on Monday. BSE 100-listed Wipro stock have delivered negative returns in the last one while climbed 10 per cent in the 3 months, according to BSE analytics. In the last one year, Wipro shares have surged nearly 29 per cent and 54 per cent in the last two years.
