Children safety at focus
Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO) of Northern Railway stated to ANI that the primary objective of these goals is to protect those children who may have lost contact with their families during the religious event. Specially trained officers will be deployed to contact the children effectively and address their issue sensitively. The desk will also help out those children who have run away from their homes or might be taken away forcefully.
A special officer has been designated to monitor the execution of this initiative, making sure that the latest guidelines set by the railway commission are followed. Passengers are advised to put a slip into the pockets of the children, mentioning details like the child’s name, name of the parents, address, and contact number. By practising these measures chances of reunion gets higher.
