HCL Tech Dividend 2025: Fresh announcement after Rs 42 payout in FY25 – Q3 results date and time

HCL Tech Dividend 2025: IT major HCL Technologies is set to kick start the Q3 FY25 results season next month. The company is amongst one of the first biggies that will declare its October-December 2024 earnings in the first half of January 2025. Additionally, the IT major is also set to announce a dividend.

Listed on the BSE Sensex index, HCL Technologies is one of the largest IT firms in India and has a market cap of Rs 5,13,330.46 crore. The multinational IT company is headquartered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

HCL Tech Q3 Results FY 2024-25 Date

In an exchange filing a few days back, the IT firm informed that its board of directors is set to meet in the first half of January 2025 to announce the results for October-December 2024 period. “…a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, January 13, 2025 to consider un-audited Financial Results,” HCL Tech said.

Additionally, the IT company will also consider the payment of a 4th interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25. HCL Technologies has already paid three interim dividends to the shareholders in the current fiscal.

HCL Tech Dividend History

For the current financial year 2025, the IT major has paid three interim dividends worth Rs 42 per share. In the last quarter of FY, HCL Tech board announced a cash reward of Rs 18 per share, followed by Rs 12 payout in the first quarter of FY25 and a similar amount for the second quarter.

HCL Tech Q2 Results FY25

For the July-September 2024 period, the IT company reported a 10 per cent YoY jump in its net profit to Rs 4,235 crore from Rs 3,833 crore in the quarter ended September 30, 2023. On the profitability front, EBIT was Rs 5,362 crores (18.6 per cent of revenue), up 11.8 per cent quarterly and 8.7 per cent year on year.

Further, the company reported a 8.2 per cent YoY increase in its revenue to Rs 28,862 crore.
