Indian Railways has issued an update stating that 18 Delhi-bound trains are delayed due to dense fog.
As many as 18 trains departing from Delhi to various parts of the country were delayed on Thursday due to dense fog conditions. Several areas of the national capital are experiencing a combination of smog and moderate fog. In some regions, dense fog is visible during the early morning hours.

List of Trains Running Late
Here is a list of trains currently running late from Delhi. Several trains have been delayed significantly due to ongoing weather conditions and other factors. The Avadh Assam Express, originally scheduled to arrive at 7:07 am, is delayed by 4 hours and 38 minutes. The Unchahar Express, set to arrive at 4:00 am, is running late by 3 hours and 49 minutes. The Vikramshila Express, expected at 7:20 am, is delayed by 1 hour and 65 minutes. The S Kranti Superfast Express, which was due at 7:55 am, is now running 1 hour and 23 minutes behind schedule.
Additionally, the Shiv Ganga Express, initially scheduled for 8:30 am, is delayed by 1 hour and 10 minutes. The Duronto Express, due at 6:40 am, is delayed by 2 hours and 56 minutes. The Poorva Express, originally expected at 6:05 am, is running 4 hours late. The Goda Dli Express, which was supposed to arrive at 9:10 am, is delayed by 1 hour and 10 minutes. The Bui NDLS Express, initially scheduled for 9:45 am, is running 1 hour and 5 minutes late. Finally, the Sadbhavana Express, due at 4:45 am, is delayed by 36 minutes.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) had issued a warning for dense fog on December 26, 27, and 28. The IMD also forecasted partly cloudy skies, with light to very light rain expected in the evening or night. Smog and shallow fog are expected to return in the evening, further reducing visibility by nightfall. These conditions are anticipated to persist into the night.
