The Government of India started the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana (PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana) to provide financial assistance to farmers and start the agriculture sector. In this scheme, the government gives an amount of Rs 6,000 annually to the beneficiary farmers of the scheme.

When will the 19th installment be released?
The government gives an amount of Rs 6,000 every year under the scheme. This amount is given to the farmers in installments. In every installment, Rs 2,000 comes to the farmer’s account. This amount is released 3 times a year. The government puts this amount in a gap of 4-4 months.
In the current financial year, the government has released 2 installments. Now the last installment of this business year is about to come. The 18th installment came into the account of farmers on 5 October 2024. Now it is believed that the amount will come to the farmers in January-February.

E-KYC is necessary
E-KYC is mandatory to get the benefit of PM Kisan. Farmers who do not get e-KYC done have to be deprived of the benefits of the scheme. If you also want to get the benefit of the scheme, then you should get e-KYC done as soon as possible.
The process of e-KYC is quite easy. Farmers can complete this process from the official website of PM Kisan. Along with e-KYC, farmers will also have to get the land verified. For this, the farmer has to attach the land documents. After this, the land will be physically verified by the officer.

What is the process of e-KYC (E-KYC Process)
Step 1: Go to the official website of PM Kisan Yojana (pmkisan.gov.in).
Step 2: Now select the e-KYC option on the screen.
Step 3: Now you have to fill in the Aadhaar number.
Step 4: After filling in the Aadhaar number, select Get OTP.
Step 5: After this, enter the OTP received on the registered phone number.
Step 6: After submitting the OTP, the e-KYC process will be completed.
