HDFC Bank Q3 FY 2025 Results Date Announced: Check Earnings Announcement Schedule

HDFC Bank , the country’s largest private sector lender will be announcing its quarterly results for the quarter ending December 2024, on January 22, 2025. In an exchange filing, HDFC Bank announced the date and time for the HDFC Bank Q3 FY 2025 Earnings announcement schedule.

HDFC Bank Q3 FY 2025 Results Date And Time Announced

“HDFC BANK LIMITED has informed the Exchange about the Board Meeting to be held on 22-Jan-2025 to inter-alia consider and approve the Unaudited Financial results of the Company for the Quarterly ended December 2024,” HDFC Bank said in an exchange filing.

We also wish to inform you that the window for trading in securities of the Bank shall remain closed from Wednesday, December 25, 2024, to Friday, January 24, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the designated employees and their immediate relatives pursuant to the Bank’s share dealing code – the bank further said.

HDFC Bank Q2 FY 2025, HDFC Bank reported a consolidated net revenue of Rs 760.4 billion, a jump of 14.7 per cent on a YoY basis. The consolidated profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter ending September 30 stood at Rs 178.3 billion, an increase of 17.4 per cent over the corresponding quarter last year. The consolidated PAT for the half-year period was 343 billion.

Meanwhile, shares of HDFC Bank closed lower in Monday’s trade. After opening at Rs 1863 apiece, the stock made an intraday high of Rs 1870 and closed lower at Rs 1864.80 apiece, down 0.39 per cent over the previous day’s close.
