The India Meteorological Department has warned that there will be heavy to very heavy showers at a few locations in Coastal Tamil Nadu and Puducherry on November 27. The rainfall intensity is likely to continue over these areas on November 28, 29, and 30. Similarly, Rayalseema and Coastal Andhra Pradesh are likely to experience it on November 28 and November 30.

Dense fog prediction
Dense fog conditions are likely to take place during early hours at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh from November 27 to November 29, Uttar Pradesh from November 27 to December 1, and Punjab, Chandigarh, and Haryana are expected to witness it from November 28 to December 1.
IMD’s alert for Cyclone
The Weather Department has also notified that there is a possibility that a cyclonic storm is moving in a north-westwards direction and is expected to get more intense on November 27. It is expected to reach the Tamil Nadu coast and Sri Lanka in the coming two days.

Delhi/NCR Weather Update
The Delhi-NCR AQI for today is under the ‘poor category’ and the sky is predicted to be clear. Smog and shallow fog are likely to be present during morning, evening, and night durations. The temperature conditions are anticipated to be moderate on Wednesday. The maximum and minimum temperatures might vary between 27 degrees Celsius and 11 degrees Celsius. The surface wind will have a speed below 4 km/hour and is expected to flow from the northwest direction.
Rainfall Forecast for Southern Regions
It has been forecast that there may be light to moderate rainfall along with thunderstorms and lightning over Kerala, Mahe, Puducherry, and Coastal Tamil Nadu on November 27. According to the Met Department’s latest news bulletin, heavy rains are likely to occur over Kerala and Mahe on November 27, and December 1. Intense downpours at isolated places in Nagaland, Tripura, Mizoram, and Manipur.
