YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024 Price

  • Rate: Rs 25,900 per sqm
  • Payments must be made online only through YEIDA’s website: www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com
  • No offline payments are accepted.

Preference Location Charges (PLC)

  • Park Facing/Green Belt: 5% of the premium
  • Corner Location: 5% of the premium
  • Road width (18m or more): 5% of the premium
  • Maximum PLC: 15% of the premium

Allotment and Refund Process

Allotment: Through a draw of lots for each category.

Refunds: Unsuccessful applicants will receive refunds without interest (if deposited for less than a year).

Payment Terms

100% of the premium must be paid within 60 days of receiving the allotment letter.

Lease Details

Plots will be leased for 90 years, with a one-time lease rent of 10% of the total cost payable before executing the lease deed.

Additional Charges

All documentation and registration expenses will be borne by the allottee.
