Ghaziabad Traffic Advisory: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is set to visit the Vijay Nagar area on Saturday for a road show in support of BJP candidate Sanjeev Sharma during the upcoming by-election. In light of this event, authorities have announced traffic restrictions and a diversion plan to ensure the smooth conduct of the road show.
ADCP Traffic Piyush Kumar Singh has confirmed that the traffic management will be in effect from 12 noon until late evening on Saturday. To accommodate the expected crowd, vehicle parking has been arranged at 11 designated locations for those attending the event.
Security preparations have been heightened ahead of the road show, with barricades installed along the route from Utsav Bhawan to the Vijay Nagar police station. This stretch will experience traffic disruptions both today and tomorrow.

Ghaziabad Traffic Advisory: Traffic Diversions
Mohan Nagar to Meerut Tiraha: This route will be closed to traffic. Vehicles will be redirected from Mohan Nagar via Vasundhara to Dabur, then onto NH-9.
Rajnagar Extension: There will be a ban on traffic from Rajnagar Extension crossing towards Meerut Tiraha. Vehicles will be rerouted from Hapur Chungi to Atmaram Steel, continuing to NH-9.
Heavy Vehicles: Trucks and larger vehicles will not be allowed to travel from Sajan Mod near Loha Mandi on GT Road towards Chaudhary Mod. These vehicles will be directed to use Lal Kuan via NH-9 instead.
Vijay Nagar T-point: No vehicles will be permitted to proceed towards Vijay Nagar from this junction and heavy vehicles will also be barred from heading towards Meerut Tiraha from Jal Nigam T-point.

Ghaziabad Traffic Advisory: Private Vehicle Restrictions
Vehicles will not be able to travel towards Utsav Bhawan from the railway bridge at Chaudhary turn. Instead, they should head towards the Vijay Nagar bypass from the Vijay Nagar side via Signal Karkhana after crossing the railway bridge.
Traffic will be restricted from Sain Chowk towards the Railway Station and DAV Chauraha in Pratap Vihar.
Vehicles will also be prohibited from travelling towards Sain Chowk from Medical Tiraha in Pratap Vihar.

Ghaziabad Traffic Advisory: Parking Arrangements
To facilitate parking for attendees, several locations have been designated:
Railway Ground (P-1): For light vehicles coming from Chaudhary Mode via the Railway Bridge.
Ramlila Maidan (P-2) and JKG International School (P-3): For light vehicles coming from Labour Chowk.
Bhima Bhai Park (P-4): For light vehicles arriving from Gaushala Road or Thana Road.
New Rainbow School (P-6), DAV School (P-7), Shastri Park (P-10) and Ramlila Maidan near Jeevan Jyoti Chowk (P-11): For light vehicles coming from Jal Nigam T-Point via Santosh Medical College.
Holkar Park (P-8) and Madrasa Noorani Ground (P-9): For light vehicles coming from Siddharth Vihar, with access via Vishwakarma Tiraha.
Army Ground (P-5): Buses will be parked here after turning from Siddharth Vihar-DPS Lal Batti and arriving via Bhagirath Chowk, Vishwakarma Tiraha, and Samrat Chowk.
