YEIDA Plots Scheme 2024 Last Date: The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has introduced a new residential plot scheme for Diwali 2024. This scheme offers 821 residential plots located near the upcoming Noida International Airport. Applications are now open for allotment of these plots in the land under YEIDA’s possession along the Yamuna Expressway.

The scheme offers plots in four sizes:
-120 sqm
-162 sqm
-200 sqm
-250 sqm (introduced)
-260 sqm

Location
The plots are located in Sector 24A of YEIDA, Greater Noida. YEIDA has secured the land.

The rate for plots in this scheme is Rs 25,900 per sq. meter. Payments can be made online only through YEIDA’s website: www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com. No offline payments will be accepted.

Preference Location Charges (PLC)
- Park/Green Belt-facing plots: 5% of premium
- Corner plots: 5% of premium
- Plots on roads 18m wide or more: 5% of premium
- Maximum location charge for any single plot: 15% of premium

Allotment Process
Allotment will be through a draw of lots.
Separate draws will be conducted for each category.
Refund of Registration Amount
Successful applicants will have the registration amount adjusted against the plot premium.
For unsuccessful applicants, registration money will be refunded without interest if held for less than a year; otherwise, interest will be paid as per SBI savings account rates.
Payment Terms
Full payment, including registration fees, is due within 60 days from allotment letter issuance, with GST applicable if required.
Lease Period and Rent
Plots are allotted on a 90-year lease, with a one-time lease rent payment of 10% of the total plot cost required before the lease deed is executed.
Documentation Charges
All documentation and registration costs, including stamp duty and any other charges levied, will be borne by the allottee. Documentation fees are non-refundable.
