SpiceJet has announced the launch of eight new domestic flights starting November 15, further strengthening its domestic network.

The new routes will connect Jaipur with Varanasi, Amritsar, and Ahmedabad, as well as link Ahmedabad with Pune. This expansion comes on the heels of the airline’s October 2024 launch of 32 new flights, which included two international routes connecting Delhi with Phuket.
In October, SpiceJet also introduced UDAN flights, connecting Shivamogga in Karnataka to Chennai and Hyderabad, along with double daily flights between Chennai and Kochi, boosting connectivity across regional and metropolitan hubs.

“We are excited to announce the launch of new flights from Jaipur to Varanasi, Amritsar, and Ahmedabad, as well as from Ahmedabad to Pune, providing our passengers with greater flexibility and convenience,” SpiceJet Chief Business Officer Debojo Maharshi said.
SpiceJet will operate 78-seater Q400 aircraft on these routes, and bookings are now open on the airline’s website, mobile app, and through online travel agencies and agents.
Additionally, the airline recently received a ratings upgrade from Acuite Ratings & Research Limited. The long-term rating was raised by four notches to ‘B+’ with a short-term rating of A4, both with a ‘Stable’ outlook, marking a positive development for the airline.
