Coal India Recruitment 2024: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the Management Trainee positions must fulfill the following requirements:

  • Must have completed or be in the final year of a BTech/BE program.
  • Must possess a valid GATE 2025 score.

The selection process will be merit-based, taking into account candidates’ GATE scores, with shortlisted candidates advancing to an interview or written assessment.

Coal India Recruitment 2024: Selection Process

Selection for Management Trainee roles in different engineering disciplines is based on scores from the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2024. Coal India Limited will create a merit list by discipline and category based on GATE scores. Shortlisted candidates will then proceed to a medical examination.

Coal India Recruitment 2024: Salary and Perks

Candidates who successfully complete the selection process are placed on a one-year probation period at the E-2 grade for Management Trainees, with a monthly pay range from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 1,60,000. After probation, candidates transition to the E-3 grade with a monthly salary of Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 1,80,000, along with additional benefits such as Dearness Allowance, HRA, Medical Facilities, Performance-Related Pay, and Gratuity.
