Ultratech Cement Q2 Results: Its revenue from operations during July-September 2024 falls by 2.35 per cent to Rs 15,634.73 crore, compared with Rs 16,012.13 crore in the year-ago period.
UltraTech Cement on Monday reported a 36 per cent decline in its consolidated net profit to Rs 820.04 crore for the second quarter ended September 30 (Q2 FY25). Its revenue from operations during July-September 2024 fell by 2.35 per cent to Rs 15,634.73 crore, compared with Rs 16,012.13 crore in the year-ago period.

UltraTech Cement’s net profit had stood at Rs 1,281.45 crore in the corresponding period last year.
Following the news, the shares of UltraTech Cement on Monday fell by Rs 270.65 or 2.45 per cent to 10,794.25 apiece on the BSE, as on 2:14 pm.

This was the company’s first revenue decline since the quarter ended June 2020, when construction activities came to a standstill due to a nation-wide lockdown on the back of the COVID-19 pandemic.
