The route details of the new Vande Bharat trains that are expected to run from Bhopal to Mumbai, Lucknow, and Patna during the coming festive season have not been released yet.

Indian Railways update: In a significant boost to rail connectivity of Bhopal and Madhya Pradesh, three Vande Bharat Express trains, including sleeper options are expected to be launched by the Indian Railways by November or December. The new Vande Bharat express trains will help the commuters who are planning to travel from Bhopal to Mumbai, Lucknow, and Patna.

Everything is falling into place, and if things proceed as planned, the city might soon have the delight of experiencing three Vande Bharat Express trains. With the inclusion of sleeper options, these express trains will provide quicker and cozier options for passenger travel. The inauguration of these trains is designed with the commuter’s comfort in mind, aimed at slicing down travel durations and elevating the entire travel experience.

Authorities have noted that the introduction of the Vande Bharat Express trains greatly revolutionized Indian railways, offering a perfect mix of swiftness, convenience, and safety. Enhanced with amenities like cozy seats, air conditioning, access to Wi-Fi and a variety of entertainment options, these trains prioritize passenger comfort. More importantly, they incorporate several safety features like automated doors, fire detection and suppression mechanisms, and round-the-clock security surveillance through CCTV cameras.

About Vande Bharat Trains

The first Vande Bharat Express train was flagged off on February 15, 2019, on the New Delhi-Kanpur-Allahabad-Varanasi route, running at a speed of 160 kilometers per hour. A total of 102 Vande Bharat train services (51 trains) are running across the Indian Railways, connecting states having Broad Gauge (B.G.) electrified network. During the financial year 2022-23, approximately 31.84 lakh were booked to travel on Vande Bharat trains. The overall occupancy of Vande Bharat trains during this period has been 96.62%, as per Press Information Bureau.
