Now the 18th instalment will be available only to those farmers who have done KYC (PM KISAN KYC). The government has also made it mandatory to get KYC done to avail of the scheme’s benefits. For example, if your name was uploaded during the period December 2022 – March 2023, you’re entitled to the instalment for that period and all future ones. Similarly, if your name was added during the April – July 2024 period, you should receive the payment for that period as well as all upcoming instalments.
