The ThinkPhone 25 comes with a range of new features and enhancements that boost performance, building on the strong legacy of its predecessor. Designed for today’s fast-paced work environment, it’s available in select global markets.
The handset is currently listed on Motorola’s European website and will be available in a Carbon Black colour with a single configuration of 8GB RAM + 256GB storage. However, the price details remain undisclosed.

MOTOROLA THINKPHONE 25: SPECIFICATIONS AND FEATURES
One of the standout features of the ThinkPhone 25 is its seamless integration with Lenovo PCs and Motorola tablets. This connection allows users to easily sync devices, enabling functionalities such as automatic synchronisation, shared keyboard and mouse access, and centralised notifications. For remote workers, the device also allows the phone’s main camera to be used as a webcam, enhancing the quality of video calls during virtual meetings.
The ThinkPhone 25 sports a 6.36-inch pOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate screen that gets Gorilla Glass 7i protection. At its core, the device is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

The ThinkPhone has a triple camera unit, featuring a 50MP Sony LYT-700C primary sensor with quad PDAF and optical image stabilisation (OIS). This is accompanied by a 10MP telephoto lens with up to 3x optical zoom, and a 13MP ultra-wide-angle camera. On the front, the phone sports a 32MP camera for selfies.
In terms of software support, Motorola has assured five years of Android OS updates and security maintenance releases through to 2029. The device is powered by a 4,310mAh battery, supporting 68W (bundled) wired charging and 15W wireless charging. On a single charge, the ThinkPhone 25 is said to deliver up to 34 hours of battery life.
To support business IT departments, the company includes the Moto Device Manager, which enables remote management of devices. This feature assists organisations in maintaining control over their mobile assets while ensuring compliance and security. The ThinkPhone 25 also incorporates robust security measures, including phishing and malware detection, as well as enhanced Wi-Fi security.
Other connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 6E, GPS, AGPS, LTEPP, NFC, SUPL, Galileo, Glonass, and a USB Type-C port. The device also has an IP68-rated build and MIL-STD 810H certification.
