Infosys Dividend FY25: IT behemoth Infosys is gearing up to release its Q2 results for the financial year 2025. The company, led by Narayana Murthy, has announced the schedule for the board meeting in October to discuss the quarterly results. Along with the quarterly results, Infosys informed the bourses that the Board of Directors will convene to declare an interim dividend on equity shares, if any, for the financial year 2024-25. If board consider dividend for shareholders it will be second cash reward by IT behemoth in FY25.

Infosys shares began up at Rs 1918.35 on the BSE on Friday. On the BSE, the stock was trading at a day high of Rs 1954.10, and an intraday low of Rs 1888.65. The company shares closed at Rs 1918.35, up by 1.33 percent, from the previous closing of Rs 1893.10 on the BSE.
Infosys Q2 Results 2025 Date and Time
In the exchange filing, Infosys told the bourses that the company’s Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday and Thursday, October 16 and 17, 2024 to evaluate and approve unaudited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the quarter ending September 30, 2024. Companies normally release their earnings reports after market hours, which is at 3.15 p.m.
According to the applicable SEBI regulations, the company’s trading window for dealing in securities shall be closed from September 16, 2024 and will re-open on October 21, 2024.

Infosys Interim Dividend
In the exchange filing, Infosys told the bourses that the company’s Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday and Thursday, October 16 and 17, 2024 for the declaration of interim dividend on equity shares, if any, for the financial year 2024-25.
“This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, October 16 and 17, 2024 inter alia to Consider declaration of interim dividend, if any”, company said in exchange filings.

Infosys Dividend History
Infosys has been paying generous dividends to its stockholders. According to BSE records, Infosys paid dividends twice in 2023, at Rs 18 in October and Rs 17.50 in June. In 2022, the Bengaluru-based firm issued dividends twice: Rs 16.50 in October and Rs 16 in June.
Infosys paid its stockholders in 2021 and 2020 with dividends of Rs 30 and Rs 21.50, respectively, on each equity. So far in 2024, the IT business has given a Rs 8 special dividend and a Rs 20 final dividend, both of which were declared in May.
