Ghaziabad News: Low-income families now have the opportunity to secure affordable flats along the Delhi-Meerut Expressway, with prices ranging from Rs 5.5 to 12.5 lakhs in Ghaziabad’s Siddharth Vihar.
The Uttar Pradesh government, in partnership with Prateek Group, has introduced a new housing project named ‘Prateek Aurelia’ in Siddharth Vihar. This initiative aims to provide housing for economically weaker sections (EWS) and low-income group (LIG) families as part of the state’s township scheme.
With an investment of Rs 125 crore, the project is set to address the growing demand for homes among EWS and LIG families. Pratik Tiwari, Managing Director of Prateek Group, expressed enthusiasm for the launch, stating it will significantly benefit those in need.
Under this project, flats for EWS families will be available for Rs 5.35 lakh, while LIG families can purchase a flat for Rs 12.58 lakh. Located within the broader Prateek Grand City Township, which spans 40 acres, the development will feature modern amenities such as parking, green spaces, a senior citizen area, a children’s play area and a multipurpose room.
