Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024: The Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024 flat e-auction will be held by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on Tuesday, September 24. Flats in the Penthouse, Super HIG, HIG, and MIG categories, constructed in several Dwarka neighbourhoods, will be up for auction. The e-auction will take place over two days.
On August 20, the DDA introduced the Affordable Home Scheme, the Middle Class Housing Scheme, and the Dwarka Housing Scheme. The Dwarka Housing Scheme will sell 173 units in total through an online auction. Furthermore, as part of the Sasta Ghar Yojana, the DDA offers 7,124 apartments for EWS and LIG.
While the Dwarka Housing Scheme flats will be sold through an e-auction, the flats under the Sasta Ghar and Middle-Class Housing Schemes were auctioned on a “first come, first served” basis. For this scheme, September 17 was the deadline for depositing the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), and September 19 was the deadline for submitting applications.

As per the DDA’s circular, “The e-auction will be held from September 24 to 26, with two sessions each day—11 AM to 12 PM, and 3 PM to 4 PM. Initially, the bidding process will last for one hour. Over 2,000 individuals have paid EMD for the 173 units offered in Dwarka. “We are confident that all flats will be sold easily, as more than 2,000 people have deposited EMD,” a DDA official stated.
The official further stated that sales of flats under the Affordable Housing and Middle-Class Schemes are likely to surge during Navratri.
