What is Subhadra Yojana?
Under the Subhadra scheme, every eligible beneficiary between the ages of 21 and 60 would get Rs. 50,000 over the course of five years, from 2024–2025 to 2028–2029. A sum of Rs 10,000/-per annum, payable in two equal payments, would be deposited straight into the beneficiary’s bank account using DBT and Aadhaar. The Prime Minister initiated the fund transfer into the bank accounts of more than 10 lakh women.
